So the weekend is approaching fast and this week its only our First XV in action and in Cup action to be precise.

That's right our First XV travel to Pontyclun RFC for  Round 3 of the WRU Bowl. Kick off is slightly earlier that planned at 2pm this weekend. Details on the poster below.

With our Youth XV having no fixture this weekend it doesn't mean they don't get a mention. We are always proud of players coming through the ranks of Aberavon Green Stars RFC, and no more so that ones who make a big achievement. Today we say a big well done and tap on the back to Declan Milton-Harris our Youth XV Captain for being selected for Boys Club of Wales Rugby. It also must be noted that fellow Youth XV player Josh Roberts has also been selected for the training squad. This is something to club is very proud of and most important it kind of says a lot and how far the club and the calibre of players it has coming through. It in some ways shows that the players and the club di turn heads and that they are being watched during games.
